How long will it take to get my orders?

Accepted Answer

Bare Root Succulents could not be shipped directly after taken out from the Soil, the root need to be dryed for few days depends on how long they will be shipped.

Order in Ireland

Orders placed between Monday to Friday will be shipped on Monday a week after. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday two weeks after. Once the products are shipped, it will take 2-3 working days.

Order in Other European Countries

Orders placed between Monday to Wednesday will be shipped on Monday a week after. Orders placed between Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday two weeks after. once the products are shipped, it will take 3-5 working days.

How much does the delivery cost?

Shipping within Ireland: Flat rate € 6.

Shipping to United Kindom including Northern Ireland: Flat rate € 20.

Shipping to other European Countries: € 20 witnin 2kg / € 45 witnin 5kg.

Will my plants be like the plants in the photograph?

All the photos and videos are taken in our nersery in the summer time when they are most colourful and attractive in dry conditions and high light levels. Succulents vary in appearance through the year and will resemble to our photos when grown on and at the right time of year (usually summer).

What is the Return & Refund Policy?

Most client are pleased with our products, but due to the particularity of plants, we do not accept return or refund. Please contact us if you have problems with your order.
