- 01We currently offer over 100 varieties of Aeonium. As stock levels may occasionally change or plants may suffer unexpected damage, we may not always be able to identify and update such issues in time. In these cases, any missing plants will be refunded within one week after the parcel has been dispatched. Please note that we are unable to contact customers before shipment in such situations, as our time is primarily devoted to planting and maintaining the plants. Customers in Spain are kindly requested to contact me via Facebook Messenger after placing an order. Once the parcel has been dispatched, I will provide the tracking number. As courier services in many areas of Spain can be unreliable, customers must check the tracking information promptly on the following day. Previously, we sent notifications by email, but we could not be certain that customers would see them in time. The minimum order value on our website is EUR 100.
- 02Bare Root Succulents could not be shipped directly after taken out from the Soil, the root need to be dryed for few days depends on how long they will be shipped. Order in Ireland Orders placed between Monday to Friday will be shipped on Monday a week after. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday two weeks after. Once the products are shipped, it will take 2-3 working days. Order in Other European Countries Orders placed between Monday to Wednesday will be shipped on Monday a week after. Orders placed between Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday two weeks after. once the products are shipped, it will take 3-5 working days.
